Doesnt work
I have ATT U-Verse and I am subscribed to MTV. When I am watching television I have no issues catching up on my shows. But I have never been able to log into the app to watch missed shows/episodes. When I click on my subscriber to log in, it informs me that MTV is not in my subscription package and to contact my serve ice provider. After months of failed log in attempts, I contacted my service provider and they insured me that I am subscribed to MTV, which I already know. They informed me it has to be an issue on MTVs end. I watch shows on apps all the time and I never have a problem logging in. MTV, please fix this so I can start catching up on my shows. Very frustrating.
